Immunization Standard
This Standard is an implementation guide for providing the message framework of Immunization messages based on the HL7 version 2.3.1 or 2.5.1 standard for entities who send Immunization messages to the Utah Department of Health. It is applicable to Health Care providers, Laboratories, and Third Party payers as defined by Utah Code Annotated R380-70.
