UHIN is making some changes to our Member Relations department in order to bring our service up to the next level. Beginning in August 2010, two representatives from Member Relations will be dedicated to spending the majority of their time visiting the Utah provider offices. This means that when you have complex problems or need training, we can send a representative to handle it personally. So for your future needs, take note of the following representatives and their areas:
Jeannie Whitney- Member Relations Coordinator
Southern Utah, from Utah County to the southern border
Sara Vandermolen- Member Relations Coordinator
Northern Utah, from the Salt Lake City valley to the northern border
If you would like training, setup assistance, or complex troubleshooting, you can contact the helpdesk and ask for an in-office appointment from your representative (of course, we can still provide these services remotely if you prefer).
Please continue to use the Helpdesk for immediate resolution to your problem or question. They will be better able to quickly give you the answers you need. However, rest assured that if it turns into a longer or more complicated issue, they will forward the case to your representative to schedule a visit.
