UHIN Helpdesk Moves In-House

The UHIN helpdesk, which has been previously contracted out to Regence, will be moving to the UHIN premises effective July 6, 2010. We do not expect any interruptions in service, but the contact information for the helpdesk WILL change with the move. So break out those sticky notes… here are the new phone numbers for the UHIN helpdesk:

In honor of this new development, we have also upgraded our website to include more resources for you. We are enhancing the tools available online to make it an interactive resource for our members and the community.  Check out some of the latest additions listed below:


1. An updated FAQ list with links to more information. You can use the link on this article, or just go to “Membership” and look on the right for the “Help & Support” link. There will be an option for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).


2. We have added a number of new Knowledgebase Articles. These articles identify specific problems you may encounter, and each includes detailed step-by-step instructions to resolve the issue. These articles are under “Membership”, then “Help & Support”. These are especially useful on weekends and after office hours!


3. We have an online submission form available on our website. You can find it under “Membership”, then “Help & Support” and you can enter questions or a variety of issues. A Member Relations Representative will contact you shortly about your question and/or to troubleshoot your issue.
