Benefits of Membership
Whether becoming a member of UHIN for administrative transactions, credentialing, or for clinical exchange, there are many ways that UHIN will benefit you.
Providers exchanging administrative transactions will enjoy unlimited transactions (claims, remittances, electronic eligibility, benefits, and electronic claim status). You will also have access to Speedi, the credentialing tool that allows you to electronically credential or re-credential Utah payers.
Medical professionals participating with the UHIN Clinical Health Information Exchange (cHIE) will be able to electronically connect to other participating members to exchange data. Members will also receive unlimited transactions. By using the cHIE, physicians will drastically reduce time and expense associated with missing patient information and duplicate tests.
