Posted Positions
Assist UHIN members with complex technical problems ensuring that inquiries are answered timely and escalated appropriately. The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for documenting, tracking and monitoring problems, researching questions, advising user of appropriate actions, and staying current with system information changes and updates.
Qualified applicants will have knowledge of basic computer skills, HIPAA knowledge, and ANSI x12 message types. Applicants will have a thorough knowledge of principles of effective communication and previous help desk experience. A knowledge of UHIN offerings is desirable.
